From Headwaters Beginners Series @ The River:
"I just finished my 4-week intro to yoga with Kristen Boyle Indieflowyoga ... I truly loved this class. I can't say I can enter a flow class and hang confidently with the experts - I have a long way to go in my practice! I *can* say that I have a better understanding of where I am in my practice ... And I understand the importance of accepting where I am and enjoying that place. I am so deeply appreciative of what Kristen offered during this course ... and am happy to share that she will be offering this course again in January! Yay! Thinking I will take it again ... who's in???"

Thank you for sharing this today, Kristen Boyle Indieflowyoga. I have always been socially awkward, simultaneously bored and made uneasy by small talk, inclined to be alone with the infinite expanse of my imagination, however acutely aware of others' emotional states, the pain they try so futilely to hide, their secret longing for connection, for someone to really see them. I am fascinated by people and their stories, what shapes their life, relationships and then the lives of those around them. Today I see so clearly the grand beauty of life that so often can only be illuminated by pain and struggle. So, here's to connection. Here's to all those that have shared a bit of their soul with me so that I may know myself better. Here's to those willing to be seen so they too can see with love beyond understanding. May we continue to soften into the embrace of each other's hearts in this beautiful, tragic world.
